Open Positions:

Part time office assistant

Mon – Wed 4:30 to 7:30pm, Possible Saturday’s

Come work for the area’s most reputable and experienced electrical contractor

Duties to include:
Complete tasks as directed by the office manager
Answer general phones
Complete job cost for projects
Follow up with customers that have pending estimates
Schedule electrical installations when possible
Call on new customers to set appointments

Candidate must possess the following:
Work in a fast paced environment
Excellent time management skills
Great phone skills
Ability to Organize
Ability to close estimates with customers on the phone
Must be able to work independently, and be efficient with little supervision

 

Position to close 10/26/09 or earlier.  Interviews to commence immediately
